how to accurately measure your ring size?

Whether you are choosing the ring as a couple or individual, one thing is for sure - you have to ensure that you get the correct ring size.

Step 1 - Get a non-stretchy string or paper.
Step 2 - Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight.
Step 3 - Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.
Step 4 - Measure the length of the string/paper from the starting point to the mark.
Step 5 - Compare the measurements to the Ring Size Chart

My ring size is: 6.5, however, due to 'item not being in stock' I have received rings in ring size 7. They are too big to wear them on my ring finger, so I have been wearing them on my point finger.
