There’s nothing like a slice of warm apple pie! This recipe is one of the easiest homemade apple pie recipes around. With a flaky, buttery crust made from scratch and a gooey, sweet apple filling, this pies is simply hard to resist.
Teško je odoljeti komadu fine, tople, mirišljave pite od jabuka! Ovaj recept je jedan od najjednostavnijih domaćih recepata za pitu od jabuka. Iako se radi od nule, ovu pitu može napraviti svatko.
INGREDIENTS SASTOJCI
Crust Kore
6oo g flour 6oo g oštrog brašna
2 kg of apples (approximately) 2 kg jabuka (otprilike)
200 g caster sugar 200 g šećera u prahu
2 eggs 2 jaja
1/2 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 žličice cimeta
2 packets of vanilla sugar 2 paketa vanilin šećera
1 packet of baking powder 1 paket praška za pecivo
100 g oil or butter 100 ulja ili margarina
2 tbs sour cream 2 žlice kiselog vrhnja
milk (if needed) mlijeko (po potrebi)
PREPARATION PRIPREMA
Mix all the ingredients in order - flour, baking powder, eggs, caster sugar, sour cream, oil and milk (if needed).
Pomiješati sve sastojke redom - brašno, prašak za pecivo, jaja, šećer u prahu, kiselo vrhnje, ulje i mlijeko (po potrebi).
Knead on lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 2 equal pieces (leave a little dough aside) and roll it out into a rectangle.
Mijesiti tijesto na pobrašnjenoj podlozi. Podijeliti tijesto na 2 jednaka dijela (ostaviti malo tijesta sa strane), a zatim ga razvaljati.
Peel and grate the apples, then squeeze the juice out of them. After adding cinnamon and vanilla sugar, mix it all together.
Oguliti i naribati jabuke, zatim iscijediti sok iz njih. Dodati cimet i vanilin šećer. Sve dobro izmiješati.
Take a small handfull of flour and dust lightly around the greased tin. Put the first crust in the tin and spread the apples on top. After that, add the second crust. Now, grate the rest of the dough over the crust. Poke holes with a fork before baking it. Bake at 374 °F /190 °C until it gets a golden color. Wait for the pie to cool down and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
Jednu koru staviti u pobrašnjenu i namaštenu tepsiju. Jednako rasporediti nadjev od jabuka, a zatim staviti i drugu koru. Ostatak tijesta ravnomjerno naribati na vrh. Prije pečenja, vilicom probušiti par rupa. Peći na 190 ° C sve dok ne dobije zlatnu boju. Pričekati da se kolač ohladi pa posipati šećerom u prahu.
